AMP Subordinated Notes 2 redeemed on 18 December 2018
AMP announced on 16 November 2018 that it will redeem all of its $325 million AMP Subordinated Notes 2 (Notes) on their first option Redemption Date of 18 December 2018.
Holders who were on the register on 10 December 2018 were entitled to receive the face value of A$100.00 per Note plus the final interest payment of A$1.1397 per Note subject to the Note Terms.

Overview
AMP subordinated notes 2 (AMP Notes 2) are unsecured and subordinated debt securities which were issued on 18 December 2013. AMP Notes 2 are Australian dollar securities which can be bought and sold on the Australian Securities Exchange and trade under the code AMPHA. Interest rates for AMP subordinated notes 2 can be found in the table below and on the ASX website
AMP Notes 2 pay interest quarterly by direct credit. To receive their payment, holders must ensure their direct credit details are up to date on the record date each quarter.

To update or confirm your details:
- Click on the login to my shareholding button at the top right of the screen.
- You will be taken to the Computershare Investor Centre where you can follow the prompts to login as either an existing or new user.
- Once you are logged in, click on my profile on the right hand side under your name and select the information you wish to update.
The first time you log into your shareholding online you will need your AMP Notes 2 holder number. You can find this in the top right corner of your hard copy AMP Notes 2 statement.
