AMP wholesale capital notes

AMP Wholesale Capital Notes are perpetual, unsecured and subordinated notes which were issued by AMP Limited on 27 March 2015.

AMP Wholesale Capital Notes are designed to pay discretionary, frankable, floating rate distributions semi-annually based on a floating rate of six month BBSW plus 4.00% adjusted to reflect any franking credits. Holders who are registered in Austraclear on the record date will receive an individual distribution statement for each distribution. A generic distribution statement based on the $275m of notes on issue is available below.

AMP Wholesale Capital Notes are not listed on the ASX and were not issued to and may not be purchased by retail investors.
