Giselle Collins is a company director with executive experience in property, tourism and financial services. She has a wealth of experience in audit, risk, governance and compliance, together with deep financial experience, both ‘in house’ as Group Treasurer for NRMA and running teams and consulting for large global clients at KPMG Switzerland, Sydney and London.
Giselle was previously the Group Finance Manager for a media group (IPMG) and then went on to successfully manage large commercial businesses as CEO of a property business (The Hannan Group) and as CEO/General Manager in the areas of Property and Tourism for NRMA. Giselle provided impetus and direction to her teams to improve the fundamentals/risk profile and in doing so, profitability of her portfolio. This is against a backdrop of 15 years as a Non-Executive Director or Chairman on a diverse range of boards, primarily in the industries of property, tourism and financial services including chairing the boards of Travelodge Hotel Group, Aon Superannuation Pty Limited and the Heart Research Institute.
Giselle is currently a Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee for Hotel Property Investments Limited (HPI), an ASX300 property investment trust owning 45 commercial hotels. She also sits on the board of Peak Resources (ASX PEK) and Generation Development Group (ASX GDG) which owns an APRA regulated board of GenerationLife, which specialises in investment bonds. She also recently joined Cooper Energy Limited (ASX COE) in August 2021 (oil and gas).
Giselle is also a Nominee Director for Indigenous Business Australia (IBA) for Investment boards with indigenous co-investors. In such capacity, she chairs the Darwin Hotel Pty Ltd for the Adina and Vibe Hotels in Darwin and has sat on another Board for IBA with Traditional Owners at North Stradbroke Island.
Giselle has a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Sydney, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investments from the Securities Institute of Australia, a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.

Jason was appointed Acting Group Executive, Superannuation and Investments in July 2023. He is responsible for leading the superannuation master trust and AMP Investments businesses of AMP.
Experience
Jason has more than 25 years’ experience in the wealth management industry. Jason joined AMP in June 2021 where he was responsible for the AMP Investments business and transformation across wealth management.
Prior to joining AMP, Jason was the CFO of Sunsuper and was a member of the Sunsuper executive leadership team from 2014 to 2021 with executive responsibility for finance, investment operations, product, people & culture, strategy and transformation at various points during that time. Sunsuper was the fastest growing ‘Top 10’ superannuation and retirement business in Australia. Strong organic growth of the business was also supplemented by two successful mergers with Kinetic Super (A$4 billion and 250,000 members) and Austsafe Super (A$2.7 billion and 100,000 members).
Prior to Sunsuper, Jason was a member of the executive leadership team of the Corporate and Institutional Wealth at NAB Wealth from 2009 to 2014, including leading subsidiaries Plum Financial Services and Jana Investment Advisors.
Jason is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries of Australia.
Peter (DipLaw (SAB)) has had over 40 years’ experience in the financial services industry, in a number of different roles. A retired solicitor and former partner of Herbert Smith Freehills, Peter was recognised as one of Australia’s leading legal practitioners within financial services.
At Herbert Smith Freehills, Peter, amongst other roles, led the financial services group and established the firm’s securitisation practice before retiring in July 2011 after 22 years as a partner. Peter was a founding member of the firm’s pro bono committee and from which he retired in 2014, 22 years after the committee was established. Peter practised in Australia and in Asia, particularly in Singapore, and remains as a consultant to the firm. He has been consulted by Australian and International regulators on funds management and securitisation issues.
Peter's past Board and Committee roles include 15 years as a member of the Lend Lease Real Estate Investments Audit & Risk Committee and as an independent director of Investa Listed Funds Management Limited, the responsible entity of the listed Investa Office Fund. He has also been a director of The Centre for Volunteering and Mission Australia Housing.
Peter is also the Chair of the Board Audit & Risk Committee of ipac Asset Management Limited.
Michael has extensive experience consulting within the financial services industry both in Australia and overseas. Michael founded Rice Warner (then known as MJR Consultants) in December 1987 as an actuarial consultancy. At its peak, it employed more than 50 staff located across Sydney and Melbourne. The business was sold to Deloitte in May 2021.
Michael specialised in providing strategic advice to financial institutions, government agencies, industry associations and large superannuation funds. He is regarded as one of Australia’s leading experts in superannuation and retirement incomes. In 2017, he was awarded Actuary of the Year by the Actuaries Institute. In 2019, he received an Order of Australia for his contribution to business and the actuarial profession.
Michael has been at the forefront of research in the financial services sector. He led Rice Warner to provide research into many facets of the superannuation industry including analysis of fund costs, fees paid by members for a range of services, life insurance, investments and retirement adequacy. Rice Warner’s annual projections of the superannuation marketplace are now the industry benchmark.
Michael has undertaken pioneering research into Age Pension dependency and trends. He has a keen interest in the integration of social security and superannuation as well as measuring the adequacy of retirement incomes now and in future.

Shirley has spent her entire career in financial services in Edinburgh, London and Sydney working with large asset managers and global providers of custody and fund administration services. She joined AMP after 5 years with BNP Paribas in Sydney and having worked on the AMP account for 2 years she got to know the AMP business well. She now leads a team of approximately 50 people who are responsible for the operations and related oversight functions for the AMP Investments funds and the AMP Super Fund. During her time with AMP she has been directly involved in a number of the large transformational projects / divestments impacting AMP Capital and leading her team through significant change. Shirley reports to Jason Sommer, Director of Transformation & Investments and is a member of his leadership team.
Shirley is action oriented and outcome focused and enjoys the process of improving and simplify operating models as well as opportunities to enhance service delivery and engage with both internal and external clients or partners to deliver the best outcomes.
Shirley was also appointed as a Responsible Manager for the AFS licences held by the following entities in July 2021:-
