AMP Limited has announced the appointment of Marissa Bendyk as General Counsel, Corporate and Governance & Group Company Secretary, reporting to the Group General Counsel. She was appointed as Company Secretary of AMP Limited effective 6 May 2019. 

Ms Bendyk brings significant experience in the legal profession with expertise in corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions, corporate and commercial law. Before joining AMP, Ms Bendyk worked at APA Group and King & Wood Mallesons. 

Following this appointment, David Cullen, AMP’s Group General Counsel, will cease to hold the role of Company Secretary of AMP Limited, effective 6 May 2019.
