AMP’s graduate program has been ranked 7th on the Australian Association of Graduate Employers (AAGE) Top 75 Graduate Employers list in 2020.
AMP was the highest ranked graduate employer in the banking, financial services and insurance sector.
As AMP continues to transition to a client-led, simpler, growth business the focus on people and culture is sharpening, according to Chief Executive Francesco De Ferrari.
“We continue to invest in our people as we transform to a simpler, client-led AMP,” De Ferrari says. “It’s important to attract the best of the next generation of talent and our graduate program is a great example of the entrepreneurial mindset we’re starting to embed in the new AMP.”
The organisations on the list provide the most positive experience for new graduates based on the opinions of graduates themselves. The rankings are determined entirely from survey feedback gathered from over 3,000 graduates.
“It’s incredibly pleasing to be featured in the top 10 of the AAGE Top 75 Graduate Employers list again,” says Graduate Program Manager Thomasin Schmidt. “This ranking is testament to the time, effort and support the graduate team and everyone involved with the program across the business put into our graduate program at AMP.”
Applications for the 2021 AMP Graduate program open Tuesday 25 February 2020. Learn more here.
