Here at AMP, we understand the importance of providing a fast and simple process for customers any time they contact us with important questions.

We recently conducted a review to find out how our customers are interacting with AMP. This helped us better understand what is working, and where things can improve and be simplified well into the future.

Recently, AMP’s Customer Advocate, Michelle Gibbon, spoke with AMP Bank’s Head of Business Management, Michelle Reinisch, and Customer Service Consultant, Henry Bui.
