AMP continues to strengthen its managed portfolio capability via MyNorth Managed Portfolios, with the addition of two new offers from leading investment managers Lonsec Investment Solutions and InvestSense.
Lonsec Investment Solutions’ three new diversified retirement managed portfolios aim to mitigate risks which impact the longevity of a retirement portfolio, particularly in the early stages of transitioning from superannuation to the pension phase of investing.
InvestSense’s four new diversified managed portfolios provide investors a cost-effective solution designed to help achieve long-term objectives. The portfolios are constructed using InvestSense’s forward looking and transparent investment philosophy, and are supported through client friendly communication.
The new managed portfolios are now available for all MyNorth clients.
Lara Bourguignon, AMP’s Managing Director Superannuation, Retirement & Platforms, said:
“MyNorth is central to AMP’s client-led strategy, designed and built for clients and advisers to achieve retirement goals through outstanding value, administrative efficiency and unrivalled investment choice.”
“These new managed portfolios, constructed and managed by two of the industry’s leading investment managers, further expand MyNorth’s investment choice and capability for clients and advisers.”
Lonsec Investment Solutions and InvestSense add to MyNorth’s growing investment range, which also includes managed portfolios by Quilla Consulting, Zenith Essentials and Research Choice.
Assets under management on the broader North platform increased by A$9.7 billion to $47.6 billion in 2019, with cash inflows from external financial advisers increasing 44 per cent to A$1.2 billion.
