AMP Capital has announced three new appointments to the Community Infrastructure Fund (CommIF) with Odette Linnett as Investment Director, Carolyn van Leuven as Senior Advisor and Mathew Pirotta as Associate.

“These three new additions to CommIF will further enhance the strong and experienced AMP Capital team managing the fund. I’m delighted to welcome Odette and Carolyn to CommIF and congratulate Mathew on his promotion and move into CommIF.

“We now have 18 professionals dedicated to CommIF, supported by a number of other team members across the business, and the fund continues to perform strongly for our investors. The new appointments demonstrate that AMP Capital continues to attract highly-experienced and talented people,” Mr Bessell said.

Odette Linnett has been appointed into the new role of Investment Director for CommIF and will take on asset management responsibilities for a number of CommIF assets including Victorian Schools, Darwin Convention Centre and NSW Schools II. Ms Linnett will be based in Sydney.

Ms Linnett started her career at the Victorian Department of Treasury and Finance and has more than 13 years of corporate finance experience. She was an Investments Director at Deloitte Asia Pacific before joining CommIF.

These include Auckland South Corrections Facility, Eastern Goldfields Regional Prison, and our recently acquired Hopkins Correctional Centre.
