AMP Limited confirms it will complete its delisting from the Main Board operated by NZX Limited (NZX) at the close of business today.  On 7 February 2022, AMP will consolidate to a sole listing on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX).

As announced on 21 December 2021, AMP shareholders who hold shares on the New Zealand branch share register will be automatically transferred to the Australian share register. On 7 February 2022, a holding statement will be mailed to those shareholders which will provide a new holder number (SRN).  Shareholders do not need to take further action to facilitate the transfer of their holdings to the Australian register.
