It’s always a pleasure to catch up with Mandy Richards, CEO of Global Sisters, to hear about the amazing work her team is doing to help female micro-business owners become financially resilient through a combination of coaching, connection and community.

In our latest conversation, Mandy and I discussed two programs that our AMP team members are involved in – one that involves coaching Sisters to help them get their businesses up and running, and the other is something that’s new, called the Business Financial Review Program. This program involves AMP team members using their specialist skills to look at the financials of a Sister’s business and then help set them up for sustainable growth. I know how rewarding volunteering is, so I’m thrilled our people have this opportunity.
